Music

In the first couple of weeks here I forgot about music. Not a good thing to disregard when you need it most. Hassan instinctively knows and has half of his earphones in his ear when he's not playing music full blast on speakers! Kids know it because they know what they love and what's good for the soul. Music is always there and has everything you need - whether soundtrack to living or solitary enjoyment it's vital for metal health and well being! Back listening as much as possible.

The odd bottle of wine, or other such imbibing, is also good for medicinal purposes. Dancing, where appropriate, is also effective. Being in Sierra Leone reminds me what's essential.

Where it all began

O'Casey's, another haunt from the past, has moved to an even more memorable location - where we held our wedding party! Didn't realise until we were driving along Beach Road and passed the venue formerly known as Beach Apple. Had to stop and imbibe, for multiple memories sake.

Pump lok - Wata no dae

Had no water recently. Reminded me of a post from previous blog back in 2009 except that we're height of dry season so no chance of rain!
